Who is BioIQ?

In March of 2021, BioIQ led the market with the introduction of its end-to-end COVID-19 mitigation solution, designed to support national testing and vaccination efforts to help employers safely implement ingoing COVID-19 surveillance and return-to-work protocols.
BioIQ has conducted health testing, screening, and vaccination programs for some of the largest companies in the world, including Google, national food processing companies, and organizations in the entertainment and film industry, and we are rapidly approaching one million COVID-19 tests.
What is BioIQ doing in Texas?
BioIQ is working in conjunction with Bell, Tarrant, and other Texas counties to provide COVID-19 testing to the public.
When and where are we testing?
BioIQ will be testing in Tarrant County at the Resource Connection in Fort Worth, NE Annex in Bedford, Ben Thanh Plaza in Arlington, and Splash Dayz in White Settlement.
We will also be providing ongoing testing for the state of Texas. Additional locations and times to be determined.
Who is eligible to be tested?
Testing is open to the public without any age restrictions.
What is the cost?
There is no cost.

Do I need to register, or can I just show up?

What COVID-19 test will be performed?
RT-PCR Lower nasal swab.
Will there be an option to get a vaccination at the testing site?
Although BioIQ has performed COVID-19 vaccinations with other state governments, we are only performing COVID-19 testing at these Texas locations.
Once my COVID-19 test is performed, what happens next?
Test samples are couriered to a lab in Houston for processing. The samples never leave our possession, and the chain of custody is never broken.
How long does it take to get the COVID-19 results?
Results will be provided in 48-72 hours.
How will I be notified of my results?
Participants will receive a text or email notification based on the preference selected when they registered or by calling 877-862-4647.
