New Tablet Software Platform Improves Onsite Screenings and Boosts Wellness Engagement Levels.
BioIQ, a health improvement technology provider, announced today that it has partnered with Maxim Health Systems, a division of Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., to develop a tablet-based software application that integrates the health screening process with wellness options all while providing real-time data management, analysis, and reporting.
This secure application provides organizations with wellness and biometric screening results electronically, as well as recommendations for wellness activities to coincide with their employee’s risk profiles. In addition, these biometric health records populate HR dashboards that enable program administrators to monitor screening participation at health and wellness events, track incentives, and assess general health risks facing the employee population.
“We are very excited to partner with BioIQ to offer this type of technology and capture the data that our clients need during the initial point of contact,” said David Darnell, Vice President of Maxim Health Systems. “With this new application, our clients will be equipped with all of the tools necessary to run successful corporate wellness programs and empower their employees to adopt healthier lifestyles. Essential to this goal is connecting participants to supplemental wellness events including follow-up appointments and one-on-one health-coaching sessions with a certified Maxim nurse.”
Today’s corporate wellness programs emphasize health measurement and incentives, but many employers have difficulty engaging participants in follow-up wellness activities to improve their health. BioIQ and Maxim bring a unique breadth of experience to this problem, having worked together to complete hundreds of wellness programs involving hundreds of thousands of participants.
“Our new tablet platform not only streamlines health screening appointments, it also accelerates engagement by connecting individuals with targeted interventions to improve their health,” said Justin Bellante, Chief Executive Officer at BioIQ. “We are excited to be working with Maxim to deliver health improvement solutions that engage employees and deliver measurable results.”
Earlier this year, Maxim conducted initial programs using the newly created tablet-based software application with more than 2,500 participants nationwide and received great reviews. Additional programs will be conducted in the months ahead with other organizations in anticipation of an official production launch and offering of the new tablet application early next year.
