NBCU Access Registration Instructions
When your results are available, you will receive an email notifying you to create an account with BioIQ. Once that email is received, please follow the instructions below to create an account and to view your results.

Please go to nbcuni.bioiq.com and click on the Sign Up link below the username and password fields.

Enter in your last name, date of birth and the zip code you provided when your sample was taken.

Follow the instructions to create a username and password. Click Continue.

Enter your phone number and select your preferred communication method. Click Continue.

Once you see the “Account Active” page, go to your email and wait for an email from no-reply@bioiq.com to confirm your email address.

Follow the prompts in the email.

Once your account is confirmed, please login to your BioIQ portal by entering your username and password to nbcuni.bioiq.com
Once you are in your portal, you will be able to view your results. Thanks!
