Operations Associate
Job Description

The Operations Associate works on various operational tasks to support service delivery to our clients. This position is responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents. Associate’s will review, validate, and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system. The ideal candidate can produce at a high level, manage several tasks, is proficient with multiple operating systems and has excellent time management skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents.
  • Review, validate and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system.
  • Adheres to a production schedule to ensure completion of key tasks by desired deadline.
  • Data matching tasks including results reconciliation.
  • Identify new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Supporting and improving the cross-functional communication of information.
  • Special Projects from various departments.
  • Reporting of daily/weekly aggregate operational data.
Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to accurately key 40 words per minute.
  • A positive, motivated individual with high integrity and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week in the Atlanta area.
  • Willingness to work in in a high production environment with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of initiative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and Mac OSX.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time in front of a screen.
  • Critical thinking and independent problem solving skills are preferred.

Compensation

HR Generalist
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking an full-time HR Generalist, with a focus in Recruiting, to help with our exploding growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of recruiting including talent sourcing and behavior based interviewing, as well as, a broader understanding of HR related functions including training, performance management, HRIS and payroll, and employment law compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Recruiting

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, vetting resumes, interviewing candidates (by phone or in person), administering pre-screen testing, reference checking and background checks, recommending/extending offers, communicating important information (ie benefits, NDA, etc), administering ATS and other data sources.
  • Interviews applicants to match candidate experience with identified job-related and company core competency skills, using behavioral based questioning
  • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs, complete job descriptions and hire best fit candidate while maintaining an excellent relationship with internal and external clients.
  • Uses traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods including career fairs, online job fairs, network events, employee referral program, relationships with university placement offices,

Training and Development

  • Conducts a thorough orientation of new employees including culture indoctrination, healthcare industry overview, business acumen and departmental on-boarding training.
  • Develops and/or conducts training programs for managers including management/leadership training, interviewing and hiring training, various other employment law trainings, certifications
  • Assists in the development of career paths based on function using internal LMS; Establishes and monitors L&D tracking

Performance Management

  • Assists in the roll-out of a company wide evaluation tool; Conducts training
  • Distributes and monitors employee performance evaluations to ensure they are done on a timely basis
  • Participates in the standardization of the organization chart, titles, market matching and pay bands
  • Updates and maintains eligible salary/bonus/equity awards and adjustments; Assists in the compilation Total Rewards Packages for Employees on an annual basis

Policy and Procedures

  • Assists in the development and administration of HR plans, policies and procedures; Coach and counsels employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and other regulations
  • Maintains the employee handbook, company organization chart and employee directory
  • Stays abreast of best practices and trend changes in all aspects of HR including anticipated legislation; participates in educational opportunities and professional organizations

Human Resource Record and HRIS Management

  • Maintains employee personnel files and required documentation as dictated by governing agencies; maintains HRIS records and compile reports; Completes weekly reporting of employment activity  (hires, open positions, exiting employees) and HR metrics (turnover (voluntary & involuntary), CPH, tenure, etc.)
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems; recommends new approaches to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.

Preferred Skills
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in an HR related field, and 3-5years of HR experience, including full life-cycle recruiting and a broad knowledge of Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS and various LMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) preferred, but not necessary

You will help drive the design of solutions implemented for clients and work with other Engineers in the delivery of new technical implementations.

  • Lead a team of 3-5 support and implementation engineers

The User Experience Designer will create compelling and innovative design solutions for our healthcare mobile and web platforms. The User Experience Designer will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure our user experience is best in class.   • Own and design seamless UI for new mobile and web-based products.

  • Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications.
