PM Enterprise
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time experienced and passionate Product Manager, Enterprise, who understands the health care industry, particularly in the area of large national employers and the wellness and preventions space. In this position, you will bridge technical and business worlds and design experiences creatively and with strong problem-solving skills. You will lead matrix teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure delivery of a full-experience.   Your job is to articulate what a winning product looks like, rally a cross-functional team to build it and iterate on problems/design/features until you get it right. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps to drive product development. You are curious and continuously learning. You are responsible for delivering products that are valuable, feasible and useful to our customers and users who include health plans and their members, large national employers and their employees, and internal BioIQ users.   Our goal is to provide experiences for our customers that allow them to deliver value-based care and improve health and wellbeing for employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Lead cross-functional team to define product and deliver solutions for large corporations inside of their wellness, screening and preventive care services.
  • Enhance and maintain product vision and roadmap.
  • Work with design to develop best user experiences and employ continuous discovery methods.
  • Be the voice of our customers; interview clients and advisors, translate user needs into detailed requirements and roadmaps, and effectively become a subject matter expert in the value-based care industry as it relates to national accounts/ASO clients for payers and large employers.
  • Work with engineering to define requirements, stories and understand technical specifications and to drive development efforts.
  • Foster a culture of product management excellence focused on strong leadership, achieving buy-in from stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables.
  • Work closely with sales, clients services, marketing and clinical team to understand the market/customers to ensure product/market fit, conduct customer research and support customer acquisition.
  • Define, measure and evaluate success and outcome metrics to drive product
Competencies and Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Product Design
  • 3 -5 years in Health Care, Health Care Consulting or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years experience in product management for B2B2C products.

Java Developer
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Java Developer who will be responsible for developing Java/Java EE applications and providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. This position will build high-performing, scalable, enterprise grade health care applications on the mission critical BioIQ platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Software Development

  • Designs and develops internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining appropriate design methodologies, patterns, frameworks and tool sets; conducting code reviews and unit tests throughout the development cycle.
  • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development, open source, and purchase alternatives.
  • Integrates applications by designing data/object models and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
  • Creates user interface applications using UI Frameworks.
  • Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments.
  • Participates in Agile development process and adheres to coding standards, process guidelines, stage-gates, and all SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

Competencies and Qualifications

UI Developer
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time UI Developer who will be responsible for creating digital software to improve the user experience by making the software interaction seamless throughout the development life cycle. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI design wireframes to actual code to produce the visual elements of the application. This position will collaborate with product management and development to define and implement innovative solutions for the product experience.

ETL Developer
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time ETL Developer who is responsible for designing and creating the data storage system and all related extraction, transformation and load of data functions in the company for the company, as well as, testing and troubleshooting to ensure the system runs smoothly before the live date. The responsibilities include reading, analyzing and digesting what BioIQ wants to accomplish with the data, and design the best possible ETL process around those goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Designs and develops high availability data models, including tables, indexes, queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing procedures to databases.

Systems Software Engineer
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Systems Software Engineer who is responsible for on development an end-to-end ingestion process for all of our file types that come into or central data hub. The will be frontend and backend development required to make this a seamless self-service.

Development

  • Work with Ruby on Rails and Java to build out and enhance key product integration features
  • Make Design and architect modifications to existing platform
  • Help test, release and maintain code
  • Work with frontend and backend design and coding to enable data integrations with internal and third party systems
  • Work independently to design, create, and unit test RoR APIs and applications
  • Prepare documentation regarding release information systems and Health Technology products developed.

Contract Administrator
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to assist in all legal contracting functions including drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer, vendor, partner, licensing and other agreements to ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts. This position works in close collaboration with various departments including operations, sales and finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Participates in the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for submission, contract negotiation and document management
  • Ensures that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained
  • Create, update and maintain contract templates, contract CRM, playbooks, and SOPs
  • Develops standards for contracts including general language and provisions while assuring accuracy and appropriateness of contract text
  • Works as a liason between operations and contracting to ensure contract prerequisite compliance by all BioIQ departments
  • Research and analyze legal or regulatory requirements as is relevant within the healthcare industry
  • Build strong and transparent relationships with internal clients, ensuring that the contracting process generates positive client experiences
  • Maintains deadlines on deliverables and communicates on an ongoing basis with Contracts Manager
Competencies and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or relevant experience will be considered
  • 5 years experience working directly in the healthcare technology industry, preferably with a health plan
