Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time experienced and passionate Product Manager, Enterprise, who understands the health care industry, particularly in the area of large national employers and the wellness and preventions space. In this position, you will bridge technical and business worlds and design experiences creatively and with strong problem-solving skills. You will lead matrix teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure delivery of a full-experience.   Your job is to articulate what a winning product looks like, rally a cross-functional team to build it and iterate on problems/design/features until you get it right.   • Lead cross-functional team to define product and deliver solutions for large corporations inside of their wellness, screening and preventive care services.
  • Enhance and maintain product vision and roadmap.
  • Work with design to develop best user experiences and employ continuous discovery methods.
  • Be the voice of our customers; interview clients and advisors, translate user needs into detailed requirements and roadmaps, and effectively become a subject matter expert in the value-based care industry as it relates to national accounts/ASO clients for payers and large employers.

Data Scientist
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Data Scientist responsible for modeling complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. Other responsibilities include providing data that is congruent and reliable and proposing innovative ways to look at problems by using data mining (the process of discovering new patterns from large datasets) techniques, doing statistical analysis and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products. This position will need to validate findings using an experimental and iterative approach and be able to present back their findings to the business by exposing their assumptions and validation work in a way that can be easily understood by the internal and external clients, data stewards, project/program managers, and other IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound organizational decisions.

Product Manager
Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Product Manager who will be is responsible for developing new features, capabilities, and partnerships by meeting with clients and collecting their feedback, compiling their requests with appropriate decision criteria, and then manage approved requests from design to launch. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the larger product strategy and vision of BioIQ’s platform. Every day, we explore new ideas to provide the best possible experience for our clients, end users, and strategic partners.

  • Develop detailed product requirements for complex capabilities that provide simple, intuitive workflows for customers (inclusive of user stories and wireframes).
  • Conduct customer discovery throughout the product lifecycle to ensure product/market fit.
  • Use data to drive decisions and employ outcomes-based methods to product management.
  • Coordinate backlog and scope of development for the Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to understand the root causes of customer pain points and drive scalable solutions that exceed customer expectations (avoid the band aid approach!)
  • Provide product expertise to Marketing, and assist with successful Go-To-Market plans
  • Create release notes and training materials to keep our internal and external customers aware of rapid progress

Operations Associate
Job Description

The Operations Associate works on various operational tasks to support service delivery to our clients. This position is responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents. Associate’s will review, validate, and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system. The ideal candidate can produce at a high level, manage several tasks, is proficient with multiple operating systems and has excellent time management skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents.
  • Review, validate and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system.
  • Adheres to a production schedule to ensure completion of key tasks by desired deadline.
  • Data matching tasks including results reconciliation.

Required Experience

Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking an full-time HR Generalist, with a focus in Recruiting, to help with our exploding growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of recruiting including talent sourcing and behavior based interviewing, as well as, a broader understanding of HR related functions including training, performance management, HRIS and payroll, and employment law compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

Recruiting

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, vetting resumes, interviewing candidates (by phone or in person), administering pre-screen testing, reference checking and background checks, recommending/extending offers, communicating important information (ie benefits, NDA, etc), administering ATS and other data sources.
  • Interviews applicants to match candidate experience with identified job-related and company core competency skills, using behavioral based questioning
  • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs, complete job descriptions and hire best fit candidate while maintaining an excellent relationship with internal and external clients.

Training and Development

Performance Management

  • Maintains employee personnel files and required documentation as dictated by governing agencies; maintains HRIS records and compile reports; Completes weekly reporting of employment activity  (hires, open positions, exiting employees) and HR metrics (turnover (voluntary & involuntary), CPH, tenure, etc.)
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems; recommends new approaches to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed.

Job Summary

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Ruby Software Developer. This position is responsible for driving the technical design and solution to address BioIQ’s client requirements and achieve our goals.

Software Development

Ruby on Rails Support Engineer
Job Description

The Ruby on Rails Support Engineer will provide internal support for BioIQ’s products and services. This individual will respond to incoming requests for support and drive informed and timely solutions. You will help drive the design of solutions implemented for clients and work with other Engineers in the delivery of new technical implementations. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in both depth and breadth in a highly technical, fast-paced environment while working with a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies.

While we will consider remote-work for the right candidate, we would prefer the candidate to be able to work locally from our office in Atlanta, GA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

BioIQ is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst who is responsible for testing and validating systems/software by analyzing complex functional requirements, transforming them into test cases, and preparing a detailed test plan to ensure internal customer requirements are met.
