Job Description

BioIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to ensure the highest level of service to clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and collaborative work environment. We offer competitive salary based on experience and a growing company within the healthcare industry. Eligible candidates will be required to work full time from our Atlanta, GA office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead software as a service (SaaS) implementation for small to large scale complex clients
  • Responsible for the development and tracking of project plans, project timelines and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams: IT, Operations, Customer Service, Product, Compliance and Reporting
  • Responsible for project management documentation for all ongoing business and transitioning accounts to Account Management Team post implementation
  • Develop deep understanding of product offering and capabilities
  • Contribute to efforts focused on scalability of role and department
Requirements
  • 5+ years of client and/or implementation management experience
  • 2+ years of experience within complex healthcare organizations
  • Understanding of the healthcare market, including HEDIS, QRS and Star ratings
  • Deep understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Proven ability to develop and cultivate relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions, project management software, and various other technologies
  • A “can do” attitude with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to work full-time in the Atlanta, GA office
  • Knowledge of wellness industry preferred
  • High level of comfort with technology, and desire to attain fluency in the BioIQ technical product required
  • 4-year college degree

Implementation Specialist

BioIQ is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure the highest level of service to clients. Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development and tracking of project plans, project timelines and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget implementation

  • Act as an expert consultant for client scoping decisions

  • 2+ years of experience implementing software packages and business processes at major health plans
  • 4-year college degree
  • 2+ years of healthcare market, including HEDIS, QRS and Star ratings
  • 2+ years of project management fundamentals
  • Proven ability to develop and cultivate relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams

Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst works on various operational tasks to support service delivery to our clients. This position is responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents. Analyst’s will review, validate, and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system. The ideal candidate can produce at a high level, manage several tasks, is proficient with multiple operating systems and has excellent time management skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the accurate data entry of incoming healthcare documents
  • Review, validate and correct information applied by other associates and by the OCR system
  • Adheres to a production schedule to ensure completion of key tasks by desired deadline
  • Data matching tasks including results reconciliation
  • Identify new opportunities for process improvement
  • Supporting and improving the cross-functional communication of information
  • Special Projects from various departments
  • Reporting of daily/weekly aggregate operational data
Required Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to accurately key 40 words per minute

You will help drive the design of solutions implemented for clients and work with other Engineers in the delivery of new technical implementations.

This is a great opportunity to build your skills in both depth and breadth in a highly technical, fast-paced environment while working with a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies.

  • Lead a team of 3-5 support and implementation engineers
  • Excellent problem solving skills – you might not know all the answers but you know how to find and communicate the solution.
  • Address production issues and follow up with internal and external users to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop methodologies and systems to automate and support product implementations.
  • Build, maintain and improve existing technical support tools and procedures.
  • Maintains, updates and generates reports from in-house data.
