Senior Vice President Strategic Accounts
As a passionate, servant leader, Robin Glasco comes to BioIQ with nearly 30 years’ experience in health care including leadership accountability in strategic planning, innovation, clinical operations, business and product development and market strategy.
Prior to joining BioIQ, Glasco served as chief innovation officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In this role, she was accountable for introducing the science of innovation, applying it to system-wide strategic initiatives and preparing the organization to compete in the future. She was responsible for the design and programming of a state-of-the-art, customer focused innovation lab.
During her 18-year career at Kaiser Permanente, Robin had several progressive leadership roles. As vice president of strategic operations, she led the development, implementation, and management of the Permanente Medical Group’s strategic priorities. As the executive director of Sales Strategy and Operational Performance of Sales and Account Management, she led strategic planning to maximize growth opportunities. She led a team of consultants, project managers and analysts accountable for the development and execution of sales strategies to compete as well as exceed customer expectations. Other leadership roles include overseeing clinical operations as medical office administrator where she led the development and implementation of the organization’s first center for complementary medicine.
Glasco holds an master of business administration and an bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. She sits on the board of American Telehealth Association, MOBE and Design Museum and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Robin resides in our nation’s capital.
